Responsibility
As we deal with an organic material, we cannot guarantee for invisible defects in production. In the event of invisible defects, defects, errors in glazing or firing, we offer repair at the customer's risk or a full refund if it is assessed that repair cannot be offered. In this case, the customer must contact the Creative Space location where the product was painted, via email. Here, our customer service will assess whether the product can be repaired.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. There is no breakage guarantee.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Creative Space ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of 1 month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The complaint is void in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
