Here you will find answers to the most common questions about our creative workshops, booking, prices and practical information. We are happy to help you if you don't find what you are looking for.

  • Our concept is quite simple: You choose your pottery, colors and tools. Then you settle in and start painting. When you are finished with your artwork, you pay and we keep the pottery for 7 days to glaze and fire it. After 7 days you can pick it up again.

  • Yes, you can. If you want to sit longer than 2 hours, we recommend that you come on a weekday morning, then there is a good chance that you can swing your brushes most of the day.

  • You only pay for the ceramics and what you order from our café. You can see our range with prices here: Range

  • We don't want to be too square, but just like restaurants make a living selling food, we make a living selling ceramics. So we don't have any fingers raised, but we appreciate your understanding!

  • No, everyone is welcome. We have guests from 6 weeks to 90 years old.

  • We always recommend that you book a table. But if the creative spirit strikes spontaneously, you are welcome – we just can't guarantee that there will be space.

  • Yes.

  • No, unfortunately not. We have a café where you can order drinks and cake. We do not allow food to be brought in as it leaves greasy marks on the ceramic which can damage the surface.

  • No, unfortunately not. Our gift cards are valid for 3 years.

  • Babies are very welcome. We offer baby workshops every week, where we help with impressions. See our event calendar for dates: Event calendar . You can easily make impressions on any other day, but for the baby workshop we guarantee that all guests will be helped by our staff. Unfortunately, strollers cannot be brought inside our cafes. We have changing tables at all locations.

  • If you are a tourist visiting Denmark, we ship ceramics to all EU countries and Switzerland. You can find prices and information here: International Shipping

  • No. All of our paints and glazes are water-based, lead-free and classified as non-toxic and non-hazardous in their safety data sheets. They do not emit any harmful fumes, either when used or when fired.

  • The pottery is always finished 7 days after your visit.

  • You will not receive a text message when your pottery is finished firing. Your pottery is always ready 7 days after your visit. You simply need to use your pick-up slip when you pick it up.

  • Yes, they can. Simply send them a picture of your collection slip, which you will receive when we check you out after your visit. Here your pottery is described with initials and contact information.

  • It is possible that you lose your collection slip. If this is the case, we recommend that you come by the café where you painted, outside of weekends and holidays. Describe which initials are written under the pottery, what type of pottery was painted, and what day of the week you visited us. We will then try to find your pottery as soon as possible.
